Below you’ll find our current processing times, delivery estimates, tracking details, and important terms regarding shipping and delivery.



Order Processing

  • Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before dispatch.
  • Our shipping schedule runs Monday–Saturday (excluding public holidays).
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.


Delivery Estimates

Estimated transit times (after dispatch):

  • United States: 7–15 business days.
  • International (selected destinations): 10-20 business days, depending on carrier, routes and customs processing

Please note: These are delivery estimates based on typical carrier performance. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier logistics, weather events, customs inspections, peak seasons, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will provide tracking information so you can monitor your shipment's progress.


Shipping Address & Changes

  • Please double-check that your shipping details are complete and accurate before checkout.
  • If you made a mistake or need to modify your shipping address, email 
    team@nimbao.com within 1 hour of placing the order. Include your order number 
    and the correct shipping details.

    For order cancellations, please refer to our Returns & Cancellation Policy 
    (12-hour cancellation window).

  • Once processing begins, we may no longer be able to change or cancel the order.
  • PO Boxes are not supported by our carriers at this time.


Tracking

  • A tracking number is typically assigned within 1–3 business days after dispatch. You’ll receive it via email.
  • You can also follow your shipment on our Track Order page using your order number and email.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees once the package reaches the destination country. These charges are assessed by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. We do not control these costs and cannot predict their amount.

We currently ship to select international destinations. If you are unsure whether 
we ship to your country, please contact us at team@nimbao.com before placing 
your order.


Delivery & Liability

  • Nimbao is responsible for shipping your order to the address provided at checkout.
  • Risk of loss transfers to you once the package is marked delivered by the local carrier. Please ensure the delivery location is secure.
  • If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, check with household members, neighbors, building staff, or your local post office. Then contact us at team@nimbao.com and we’ll help investigate with the carrier.


Undeliverable & Return-to-Sender

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect/insufficient address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal at customs, we can:

  • Reship to an updated address (additional postage may apply), or
  • Issue a refund minus original shipping costs once the item is received back in unused, resellable condition (see our Returns & Cancellation Policy for details).


Peak Seasons & Service Disruptions

During holiday periods or unforeseen events (e.g., extreme weather, strikes, carrier network disruptions), delivery may take longer than usual. We appreciate your patience during these times.


Product Availability

If an item in your order becomes unavailable, we will contact you to offer an alternative, a split shipment, or a full/partial refund for the affected item(s).
