Returns & Cancellation Policy

At Nimbao, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, our return, exchange, and cancellation process is designed to be simple and transparent.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Returned in original condition: unused, unwashed, and undamaged, with all tags and packaging intact (if applicable).
- Free from stains, odors, deodorant, perfume, or make-up marks.
- Returned with any accessories or bonus items originally included.
Tip: We recommend returning items in the original mailer or a similar protective package to avoid transit damage.
Exchanges
- Contact us at team@nimbao.com within 30 days of delivery to request an exchange.
- All returned items are inspected to confirm they meet the eligibility criteria.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Once your return is approved and received, we will dispatch the replacement item.
Refunds
- Submit your request by emailing team@nimbao.com within 30 days of delivery. Requests after 30 days cannot be accepted.
- Customers cover return shipping and must send items to our designated return facility (details provided after approval).
- All refunds are subject to quality inspection. If items are not returned in saleable condition, a $7 restocking fee may apply.
- Upon approval, refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit—your choice.
Final Sale Items
Products marked as “Final Sale” are offered at special prices and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. Please review your order carefully before completing purchase.
Order Modification & Cancellation
- To modify or cancel an order, email team@nimbao.com within 12 hours of placing it.
- After this window, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations as processing may already be underway.
- Please review your order confirmation carefully and contact us promptly if updates are needed.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
- Inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact team@nimbao.com within 3 business days of receipt.
- We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or correction at no extra cost to you.
Exclusions & Right of Refusal
Nimbao reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or washing, that are missing components, or that otherwise fail to meet the conditions listed above. Items labeled “Final Sale” are strictly excluded from returns and exchanges.
